Qualifications

• Ability to connect user evidence, education context, product strategy, and technical constraints.
• Strong collaboration with UX Research and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own complex features and end-to-end workflows from discovery to implementation.
• Synthesize evidence to define experience direction and reduce risk.
• Design intuitive workflows with accessible and inclusive UI.
• Partner with Engineering to maintain quality through implementation.
• Mentor other designers and contribute to UX practice evolution.
