Job summary

Applied Systems is seeking a Senior UX Designer for its EZLynx Product Team. This remote or hybrid role in the United States focuses on crafting user-centered software experiences for B2B customers across our SaaS portfolio.

You will conduct research, wireframe, prototype, and test ideas, collaborating with product and development teams to deliver polished features and consistent UX across the platform.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of UX experience in a commercial software environment or SaaS.
• Experience with research methodologies and data-driven insights.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Miro, whiteboards).
• Ability to collaborate with product and development teams to implement designs.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of user experience across our product suite.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify, construct, and test information architecture.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and coded prototypes to bring ideas to life.
• Conduct primary user research and usability testing to iterate designs.
• Tell the story behind design decisions and ensure product consistency.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to implement features.
• Use product analytics to measure the impact of design solutions.
• Promote consistency across the platform.
