The role supports a hybrid work model requiring three days in the Renton office, with a strong emphasis on design systems, responsive UI, and player-centric experiences for the Dungeons & Dragons ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional experience in UX design or related field.
• Portfolio or case study of interactive design work.
• Experience crafting design systems and style guides in Figma or similar tools.
• Hands-on expertise in responsive web design and mobile app patterns.
• Strong verbal and written communication with cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable using data to inform design decisions.

Responsabilités

• Develop UX and UI solutions for D&D Beyond with product design, UI layout, typography, color, usability, and interaction design.
• Scope and deliver design projects independently; identify and solve quality issues.
• Produce design artifacts such as journey maps, flows, wireframes, high-fidelity comps, and style guides.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ship value incrementally and make informed trade-offs.
