Job summary

Google is seeking an Interaction Designer to transform complex tasks into intuitive experiences for billions of users. You will create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, collaborating with engineering and product management to evolve the Google design language.

This role focuses on the Google Sheets UX and AI-powered experiences, designing for enterprise and consumer use. You will work with cross-disciplinary partners and contribute to strategic design decisions that impact

Qualifications

  • 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
  • Experience prototyping at various fidelity levels using Figma, Antigravity, or code.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience partnering with User Experience Research (UXR) to inform research studies and integrate insights into products.
  • Experience using product design, concept development, and storytelling to influence product strategy and decision making.

US: $159000 - $230000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
