Job summary

You will mentor junior designers, evolve design systems, and stay current with UX trends, applying data-driven judgment and strong communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• 7+ years of UX design experience and leadership of complex projects.
• Strong portfolio showing user-centric design and outcomes.
• Experience with design systems and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
• Analytical, data-driven design decisions and research.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive user research to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Create flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
• Lead concept development and prototyping with cross-functional teams including AI tools familiarity.
• Execute usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Grow and evolve a design system across platforms.
• Collaborate with PMs, developers, and stakeholders to align with business goals.
• Stay updated on UX trends and integrate new techniques.
• Mentor junior designers and foster continuous learning.
