Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a UX Designer to own end-to-end UX for the GSCE portfolio, including Scorecard Hub, CIP, Gravion, and Flywheel, partnering with researchers, PMs, engineers, and data scientists.

You will transform data-dense problems into clear, usable experiences for Operations leaders across NA, EU, APAC, LATAM, and MENA, shaping roadmaps and design standards while scaling products globally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of design experience.
• Portfolio or samples showing end-to-end, user-centered design across desktop and mobile.
• Experience delivering design solutions as a UX designer or interaction designer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end UX solutions for GSCE products (Scorecard Hub, Project Autonomy, CIP, Gravion, Flywheel).
• Own the customer experience for one or more surfaces and ship artifacts from concept to specs.
• Collaborate with UX Researcher, Product, BIE, Applied Science, and Engineering to balance design needs with constraints.
