Job summary

Rubicon Path is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to join our design team in a fast-paced, Agile environment. You will drive UX design across discovery, Alpha, Beta, and live phases, emphasizing mobile-first, responsive solutions and strong collaboration with product and engineering teams.

The role requires 3+ years of experience in complex product projects, proficiency with UX tools (JustInMind, InVision, Sketch, Figma) and a proven ability to facilitate user research and usability

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in graphic design; degree or certification in usability, human-computer interaction, and technical writing a plus
• 3+ years of relevant experience in complex product projects, ensuring user-centred design processes and Agile (SCRUM)
• Experience facilitating user research and usability testing activities to produce outputs such as: User Interview Topic Maps, User Interview Scripts, User Interview Synthesis, User Research Findings Report

Responsibilities

• Facilitate User Research and Usability testing activities to produce outputs: User Interview Topic Maps, User Interview Scripts, Synthesis, Findings Report
• Create designs and iterate based on research insights
• Lead collaborative workshops and design reviews within an Agile team
• Ensure accessibility and usability standards are applied across the product
