Job summary

Pearson Virtual Schools seeks a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of AI-powered learning experiences for K–12 platforms. You will work end-to-end, framing problems, conducting research, prototyping, and validating high-fidelity experiences for hundreds of thousands of learners.

You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, and UX Research to translate insights into intuitive, accessible product surfaces, including AI-driven features that are legible and trustworthy

Qualifications

• Experience with UX research including usability tests and mixed-methods.
• Experience designing AI-powered features and interfaces.
• Strong portfolio with end-to-end ownership of shipped products.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design from flows to high-fidelity designs.
• Design AI-powered experiences including conversational interfaces and adaptive flows.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Analytics to inform roadmap and decisions.
• Mentor design team and contribute to shared design system.
