Job summary

Amazon in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Senior Manager of UX to lead the design and research organization behind our hiring portfolio. You will build and grow a high‑performing design and research team, own experience vision across the Recruiter Hub, Hiring Hub and Candidate Hub, and set the quality bar for craft, rigor, and impact.

Qualifications

10+ years leading multi‑discipline design teams.
5+ years of people management experience.
Experience owning experience strategy across products or product suites.
Experience partnering with senior Product, Engineering, and Research leaders to influence product and business strategy.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow the UX organization across the hiring portfolio.
Own experience vision and strategy for Recruiter Hub, Hiring Hub, and Candidate Hub.
Define the agentic interaction model for hiring—through your team.
Establish scalable cross‑product design standards and patterns.
Set and uphold the design excellence bar across the portfolio.
Influence product and business direction with senior leadership.
Own strategic communications and craft rationale for executives.
Drive rigor and delivery by grounding decisions in research and data.
