The ideal candidate has 5+ years in eCommerce SaaS UX, excels in Figma and design systems, and communicates clearly with stakeholders to deliver customer-focused digital experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience on an eCommerce (SaaS) design, focusing on UX strategy.
• Minimum of 1 year at Senior UX Designer level.
• Experience in team leadership.
• Expert in Figma and creating/managing design systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

• Create artifacts such as wireframes and prototypes to convey product workflows to stakeholders.
• Demonstrate understanding of foundational web technologies, responsive design, and Agile methodology.
• Support strategy team during research and discovery and lead ideation to translate concepts into product features.
• Perform usability testing across digital channels to validate final designs.
• Work with partners to ensure projects have clear goals and success metrics.
• Build and manage relationships with product owners and business partners.
