Emploive seeks a senior UX/product designer to own the user experience and product strategy for its analytics platform. You will translate predictive models and business signals into intuitive dashboards and workflows, shaping data-heavy experiences for diverse user roles.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to ensure high-quality production experiences while advancing the design system and user-centered practices across teams.

Qualifikationen

• At least 7 years of UX/product/interactions work with portfolio.
• Experience designing enterprise SaaS and data-heavy platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and design systems.
• Ability to turn complex data into intuitive user experiences.

Aufgaben

• Own UX and product strategy across the platform from concepts to production-ready interfaces.
• Translate analytics, marketing performance, and business signals into actionable experiences.
• Design dashboards, visualizations, workflows, forecasts, and recommendations.
• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity concepts.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to ensure design intent is realized.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system and UI components.
