Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a senior UX leader to drive end-to-end user experiences for complex products. You will partner with product, engineering, research, and business stakeholders to define direction and strategy, transforming data-heavy workflows into scalable, intuitive interfaces.

You will create customer journeys, prototypes, and design systems while guiding workshops and design reviews to align cross-functional teams. Strong emphasis on analytics, research, and mature design practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of UX experience in complex digital products or enterprise systems.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows and Figma tokens.
• Experience with Copilot or another AI platform and Agile methodology.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, finance, or other data-heavy industries.
• Expertise across discovery, interaction design, prototyping, validation, and iterative delivery.
• Ability to translate research insights into actionable design recommendations.
• Experience designing data-intensive, configurable user experiences is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX efforts from discovery through delivery.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Business stakeholders to define UX direction.
• Transform complex data, workflows, and user needs into intuitive, scalable experiences.
• Create customer journeys, service blueprints, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment.
• Use research insights, analytics, and product metrics to inform design decisions.
• Contribute to design standards and help elevate design maturity within the organization.
