Qualifications

• 10+ years in utility or energy project management.
• Strong knowledge of electric transmission and substation builds.
• EPC contract administration experience.
• CPUC, land acquisition, and environmental permitting experience.
• High-level stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project phases across electric transmission and substation builds.
• Lead project risk management and contract negotiations.
• Administer EPC contracts complying with internal procedures.
• Make presentations to executive officers.
• Mentor junior project managers.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Permitting, Construction, and third parties.
• Support site visits and on-site collaboration.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and milestone tracking.
