Job summary

A leading project management firm is seeking a Project Manager for their San Francisco Bay location. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience managing high-voltage transmission and substations, and will be responsible for leading projects from initiation through delivery. The role requires strong stakeholder management and communication skills, along with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $185,000, working on-site Monday through Friday, with no remote option.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing high-voltage transmission and/or substation capital projects.
• Demonstrated experience within regulated Investor-Owned Utility (IOU) environments.
• Solid understanding of cost management, earned value, and capital forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead transmission and substation capital projects through all project phases.
• Monitor and control performance using schedule and cost metrics.
• Serve as primary interface between utility stakeholders and contractors.
