Job summary

IntelliPro is seeking a Senior Utility Project Manager for large transmission and distribution projects in Las Vegas, NV. This onsite, one-year contract role coordinates safety, scope, cost, schedule, cash flow, and risk to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 7+ years in utility design and 3+ years in project management; experience with generator interconnections is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field from an accredited school.
• 7+ years of related experience in utility design and/or utility experience; 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing Large Generator Interconnections a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the development of project plans, including project scope, cost estimates, schedule and cash flow.
• Monitors and controls the project, including safety, scope, cost, schedule, cash flow, quality and risk.
• Coordinates acquisition of human resources, equipment, permits, land and land rights.
• Coordinates project close-out, including final acceptance of deliverables and transfer of ownership.
