Job summary

Ohio State University seeks a Senior Project Manager-Utility Program Integration (ENGIE) to coordinate ENGIE capital and energy projects with university stakeholders and align them with university planning and operations. The role acts as the main liaison for ENGIE and ensures cross-unit coordination across Design and Construction, Energy Office, and campus units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4 years in capital project management or construction; experience coordinating complex programs.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience/Engineering background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ENGIE capital improvement and energy projects with university stakeholders.
• Ensure ENGIE projects are coordinated with the Energy Office, campus stakeholders, FOD Operations, and university units.
• Provide program-level coordination and oversight of ENGIE project portfolio.
• Advise schedules, outages, and campus impacts if University responsibility but has high communication if Engie is responsible.
• Identify and resolve conflicts between ENGIE and university capital projects.
• Develop coordination standards and best practices, continuously look for improvement opportunities when working with ENGIE.
