The incumbent will manage multi-million dollar projects, ensure conformance of documents, and resolve field conflicts with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule.

This title is a flex position. Upon successful completion of the training program and meeting the minimum qualifications of the higher-level class, to include obtaining any required certifications and/or licenses, the successful candidate will be non-competitively promoted from a Utility Engineer II to a Senior Utility Engineer.
