Salary Range: $127,924.12 - $191,886.18 Annually
The City of Henderson announces an examination to create an eligibility list and to fill one (1) vacancy for the classification of Engineering and Asset Management Division Manager in the Department of Utility Services. The eligibility list may be utilized to fill vacancies for this classification for up to one (1) year.
Under limited supervision, plans, organizes, manages, and directs subordinate managers and staff responsible for utility planning, design, construction and asset management within Utility Services; serves as the lead engineering professional for the Department of Utility Services; and performs related duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be a proven water/wastewater engineer and leader with extensive experience mitigating operational, legal, regulatory, financial, and environmental risks through integrated asset management programs and appropriate prioritization of capital projects to support replacement/ renewal of assets, capacity improvements, reliability improvements, growth, and redundancy projects to maintain technical excellence and industry best practice.
