Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Part-Time Utility Coordinator to support transportation and roadway projects in the Atlanta area.

The role acts as a liaison between designers, utility agencies, and project stakeholders, managing utility coordination across GDOT projects from concept through final design. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with at least 7 years of transportation experience in construction inspection,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum 7 years of transportation experience in construction inspection, design, and/or utility coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead and manage client relations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between designers, utility agencies, and project owners.
• Conduct and document utility coordination meetings with minutes and actions.
• Manage utility coordination for GDOT projects through design phases.
• Develop and process utility agreements and lighting agreements.
• Provide training and mentorship to staff; ensure compliance with company policies.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and client communications for large tasks.
