Job summary

STV Inc. has an immediate opening for a Utility Coordination Group Leader in the Rock Hill, Charleston and/or Columbia SC offices to lead utility coordination and relocations for SCDOT projects.

The role involves guiding junior staff, coordinating with DOTs and utility owners, and managing multiple projects with a focus on safety and quality. This ENR Top 50 firm values leadership, clear communication, and the ability to handle complex relocation strategies.

Qualifications

• 8 years of related experience or related field of study.
• Proficiency in MicroStation and ProjectWise.
• Experience with 3D tools like ORD and clash detection is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train staff on UC coordination tasks across multiple projects.
• Serve as Project Manager on UC projects.
• Develop SC-based UC group profitability.
• Coordinate with SCDOT/NCDOT and utility owners.
• Prepare meeting agendas and minutes and distribute promptly.
• QA/QC UC deliverables and related reports.
