Job summary

STV Inc. is seeking a Utility Coordination Group Leader to oversee utility coordination and relocations for SCDOT projects in SC offices (Rock Hill, Charleston and/or Columbia).

You will lead a SC UC group, guide junior coordinators, and manage multiple projects while ensuring safety and quality. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of DOT standards, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop relocation strategies, coordinate with utilities and project teams, and deliverables on

Qualifications

• Eight years of related experience or related field of study.
• Proficiency in MicroStation and ProjectWise required.
• Minimum education: Associate Degree in Civil Engineering Technology or Drafting.
• Experience with ORD 3D tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and train staff to perform utility coordination tasks on multiple projects.
• Serve as Project Manager on UC projects and develop relocation strategies.
• Oversee a SC UC Group, coordinate meetings with DOTs and utilities, and ensure QC/QA deliverables.
