Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior Utility Coordinator / Business Development Manager to lead utility coordination and grow our utility practice across Florida. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years FDOT utility coordination experience.
• Proven ability to win work and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead utility coordination across Florida while growing the firm's utility practice as a seller-doer.
• Oversee FDOT, municipal, county, and transportation projects from conflicts to relocation, permits, and reimbursements.
• Coordinate with Utility Agency Owners (UAOs) to resolve conflicts and manage relocation schedules, agreements, and reimbursement processes.
• Interpret roadway plans, utility agreements, work schedules, and contract documents, ensuring compliance with FDOT, FHWA, and AASHTO standards.
• Lead coordination, stakeholder, and progress meetings, mentor utility coordination staff, and provide QA/QC oversight on deliverables.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with FDOT District personnel, municipalities, counties, utility providers, contractors, and teaming partners.
• Identify, pursue, and win new utility coordination, permitting, construction management, and transportation opportunities.
• Lead proposals, interviews, technical presentations, scope development, and fee negotiations, and maintain an active opportunity pipeline.
• Represent GFY at industry conferences and professional organizations and support annual marketing and business-unit growth plans.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and estimates; monitor performance, profitability, utilization, and client satisfaction; oversee delivery, billings, accounts receivable, and contract administration.
• Minimum 5 years of FDOT utility coordination experience.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean MVR.
