Job summary

Allied Reliability in New Jersey seeks a Senior Technician to operate and monitor utilities at our site, including a cogeneration plant, boilers, chillers, and related systems. You will ensure safe, compliant operation under cGMPs, SOPs, and environmental rules.

You bring 1–4 years of power and steam experience, a NJ Blue Seal Engineer license when required, and the ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts. We offer a comprehensive total rewards package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Requires NJ Blue Seal Engineer’s license and water treatment/wastewater license when required.
• 1–4 years of power and steam generation experience or equivalent.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts (7AM–7PM and 7PM–7AM), weekends, overtime, and holidays.
• Strong math, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor utilities equipment including boiler, chillers, compressors, cooling towers.
• Record and analyze process data to ensure safe operation within permit limits.
• Assist maintenance planning and permit writing for PMs; housekeep and load/unload with forklift.
• Contribute to safety culture and participate in training programs.
