Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and process utility systems. You will lead complex diagnostic efforts, develop corrective actions, and support system optimization while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

4+ years in industrial maintenance or facilities operations.
Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic or HVAC systems.
Ability to interpret schematics and perform standard repairs with limited supervision.
Independent troubleshooting and repair of complex equipment/systems.
Root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
Experience using CMMS for history review and planning.
Proficiency with basic data collection instruments and MS Office.
English language skills (reading/writing/speaking).

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain tools and equipment in the area.
Perform advanced rounds and resolve complex issues impacting performance.
Lead troubleshooting of multi-system problems with cross-functional teams.
Read blueprints and manuals to identify faults and execute repairs.
Develop and revise MOPs and JSAs for safe operations.
Drive uptime and reliability via proactive maintenance strategies.
Mentor Level 4 and junior technicians during tasks.
Collaborate with Engineering, Construction, and Production teams on improvements.
