Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is seeking a Maintenance Technician – Level 4 to perform skilled maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of production equipment across mechanical and electrical systems. You will support reliability and continuous improvement while guiding Level 3 technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of relevant maintenance or technical work experience.
• Working knowledge of mechanical and basic electrical systems, including electrical theory fundamentals.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment with minimal supervision.
• Manufacturing or production environment experience.
• Completion of Ramsay mechanical or electrical aptitude assessment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Basic mathematical skills and calculations.
• Strong problem-solving skills for routine equipment issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as required.
• Working-level English language skills.
• Alignment to Panasonic’s seven core principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mechanical and electrical systems with minimal supervision.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and document actions taken.
