Job summary

Pasco County BOCC is seeking a highly responsible professional to manage and enhance utility business systems, including the CIS project and related information-management applications. You will coordinate with IT, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, and other departments to implement efficient solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and six years of public-sector experience, with supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Six years of progressively responsible experience in business systems within the public sector.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience with GIS, CMMS, LIMS, SCADA, and records management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and apply information management systems for CIS and related applications within Utilities Services Branch.
• Research and evaluate new information system technologies for implementation.
• Liaise with IT, Clerk of the Circuit Court's Office and other departments on procurement and maintenance.
• Provide project progress reporting and presentations to senior management.
• Maintain CIS project plan, attend meetings and support QA and governance.
