Qualifications

• 20+ years of project management experience in utility, transmission, power delivery, or heavy infrastructure environments.
• Proven experience managing transmission, substation, and underground electrical projects.
• Strong background in project scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through development and construction readiness phases.

Responsabilités

• Lead project scoping, feasibility studies, and constructability reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering, planning, and asset management to identify infrastructure needs.
• Advance projects through design, permitting, environmental review, and development milestones.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with a focus on construction readiness.
• Monitor and manage project scope, budget, schedule, and risk.
• Support procurement activities, bid package development, and contractor engagement.
• Coordinate construction readiness requirements, including access, outages, and material planning.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to project stakeholders and executive leadership.
