Job Description

CGS is seeking a Senior User Support Specialist to join our team in supporting a wide-ranging technical support initiative for a large Federal agency. We value motivated, highly skilled, and creative individuals who are excited to contribute to government innovation, appreciate collaboration, and anticipate the needs of others. Skills and Attributes for Success
  1. Setup, monitor, train, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with web conferencing tools including Zoom.gov, Skype for Business, WebEx, Teams, and Adobe Connect.
  2. 4+ years demonstrated ability to set up and disable Zoom.gov accounts, train over 100 users, and diagnose issues.
  3. Experience troubleshooting audio/video issues and resolving technical problems with Zoom, Skype for Business, WebEx, Adobe Connect, and Teams.
Qualifications
  1. Undergraduate degree required.
  2. Certified trainer in web conferencing platforms.
  3. Ability to describe differences between basic and licensed accounts and their advantages/disadvantages.
  4. Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
