Job summary

Shield Consulting Solutions, Inc. seeks a User Interface Developer to join our team in Maryland. The role requires active TS/SCI w/Polygraph clearance and at least five years in a UI developer position.

You will collaborate with engineers to build UIs for an enterprise workflow platform using Angular 20+ and Pega Constellation UI components. Responsibilities include translating requirements into functional UIs and participating in UX analysis and prototyping to enhance usability.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience as a UI developer on a software team.
• Active TS/SCI w/Polygraph clearance is required.
• Proficient with Angular 20+ and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with UX design and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to design, develop, release, and support UIs for enterprise workflow features.
• Implement UEE UI with Angular 20 and Pega Constellation UI components.
• Translate customer requirements into functional, performant UIs.
• Participate in UX analysis, design, and prototyping to maximize usability.

Telework: Up to 16 hours per week (however telework hours will depend on tasking for the sprint)

Basic Requirements

• At least five years of experience performing in a User Interface Developer role for a software development team.

Job Description

• Candidate will collaborate with systems and software engineers and other User Interface developers to design, develop, release, and support User Interfaces for multiple feature sets deployed within an enterprise workflow platform.
• The UEE User Interface is implemented with Angular 20 and incorporates Pega Constellation UI components for an optimal end user experience.
• Candidate will translate customer requirements into functional, performant, and appealing User Interfaces.
• Candidate will participate in User Experience (UX) analysis, design, and prototyping in order to maximize usability of developed User Interfaces.
