Job Summary for Senior User Experience (UX) Designer at Cigna

• Serve as a senior-level UX Designer, partnering with business stakeholders, system analysts, and delivery teams to deliver high-quality user experiences for digital products.
• Lead and execute end-to-end UX processes: discovery, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design, primarily for web-based products.
• Collaborate in agile teams, ensuring UX solutions align with business goals and are feasible and scalable.
• Translate business needs and user research into intuitive, user-centered design solutions.
• Create and maintain design artifacts including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications using Figma.
• Synthesize user research, business requirements, and technical constraints into actionable design decisions.
• Provide UX leadership and mentorship to junior designers; conduct design reviews and offer feedback.
• Present design concepts and rationale effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
