Job Description:

We’re seeking a passionate and driven Product Designer to help shape intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences. You’ll play a key role in evolving a complex product into something that feels simple and seamless for users—from initial onboarding through long-term engagement. This role is ideal for someone who balances creativity with systems thinking, and who thrives in an agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into thoughtful, elegant experiences
• Design end-to-end product experiences, from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes
• Establish and maintain a consistent interaction design language across platforms
• Partner closely with researchers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to shape product direction
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to guide design decisions and validate concepts
• Design for MVPs while keeping long-term scalability and vision in mind

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience designing complex digital products or applications
• Strong interaction design skills with a user-centered mindset
• Experience with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite
• A solid understanding of visual design principles, brand alignment, and UX fundamentals
• Demonstrated ability to communicate the user perspective and advocate for UX across cross-functional teams
• A portfolio showcasing a range of product design work and problem-solving approaches (link required)
