One of our clients is looking for a talented and versatile Designer / UX Designer with experience in the iGaming or social casino industry to join their fast-paced, product-focused team.

About the Role:

You will play a critical role in redesigning features, optimizing user journeys, and enhancing the overall user experience across multiple platforms to boost retention, engagement, and monetization.

This is a fully remote position; however, the candidate must be available to work during US time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Redesign and improve existing product features, pages, and user flows
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life
• Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions
• Streamline user journeys to improve engagement and conversion rates
• Create responsive UI/UX designs for both web and mobile platforms
• Maintain and evolve design systems ensuring branding consistency
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer
• Strong background in iGaming, online casino, or social casino design is highly preferred
• Portfolio showcasing UX flows, mobile/web design, and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with A/B testing, user behavior analytics, and data-driven design decisions
• Excellent task prioritization and project management skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Nice to Have:

• Experience with gamification, virtual economies, or loyalty programs
• Motion design or animation skills
• Experience working with development teams in Agile environments
