Position Purpose :

Responsible for creating user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and optimizing existing user interface designs for applications. Tests for intuitiveness and experience, develops technical and business requirements related to user experience, and strives to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions that enhance user satisfaction by improving usability and accessibility for the end user of applications.

• Need a Senior UX Designer to help fulfill the team's mission to create great experiences for our members.
• Our team’s purpose is to refine member/customer experience across our web properties.
• Our team covers all areas of interaction design within the organization.
• A typical day includes working with research, content, and product partners to create solutions for our members.

Qualifications :

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).
• Requires X years of related experience.
• Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope, and skills reflective of this position's level.
• Must haves : X years of experience. Proficient with Figma as a design tool. Standard office tools experience.
• Nice to haves : Experience with Adobe products. Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
• Disqualifiers : No portfolio or limited access to portfolio will immediately disqualify a candidate. Candidates without a portfolio will not be considered.
• Performance indicators are not applicable, as performance in this role cannot be measured subjectively.
