Job summary

Noblis ESI seeks an experienced User Engagement Representative to support the IC client's Strategic Integration Office at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. You will liaise between the NRO and the DoW, advocate for NRO equities, and help ensure policy oversight and coordination at the highest levels.

The role requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI polygraph, US citizenship, and substantial experience in space systems and intelligence disciplines. Some travel inside the US is expected.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
• US citizenship is required.
• Multiple degree/experience options: Bachelor's with 12+ years, Master's with 10+ years, Associate with 14+ years, or HS diploma with 16+ years of experience.
• Experience supporting executive/senior-level agency policy, oversight, and resource leadership.
• Domain knowledge in space and satellite ground systems; experience with National Intelligence space systems and intelligence disciplines.
• Travel up to 10% within the US.

Responsibilities

• Support the NRO's Directorate as a User Engagement Representative under the NRO SIO. Advocate for NRO equities and coordinate between DoW and NRO staffs.
• Interface between the NRO and the Department of War, engaging with senior DoW leadership across intelligence and policy domains.
• Support DoW oversight responsibilities and provide effective NRO advocacy within the DoW.
• Track important actions and milestones for executives.
• Collaborate to coordinate visits from DoW distinguished visitors to the NRO enterprise.
• Draft, edit, and write reports, correspondence, and briefs.
• Collaborate to improve warfighter and IC decision making with NRO data and capabilities.
• Primary work location is the NRO office at the Pentagon with regular visits to HQ and partner facilities in the National Capital Region.
