Job summary

SAIC is seeking a User Outreach Engineer to provide onsite SETA services in support of an SAIC Prime Program at the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) in Chantilly, VA.

The role centers on driving user engagement, developing training materials, coordinating with commands and tech organizations, and ensuring end-user readiness for capabilities and experiments. Domestic and international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with poly required.
• Experience with NRO satellite systems.
• Experience engaging with user community.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Able to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop training and educational materials on new constellation capabilities.
• Coordinate with operational commands and science and technology organizations.
• Promote development of engineering use cases and experimentation.
• Prepare responses to customer leadership requests for information.
• Brief educational material to diverse users on a regular basis.
• Travel may occur once a month.
