Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive technician experience.
• Used Car Reconditioning experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
• Advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using factory and aftermarket diagnostic equipment.
• Strong understanding of vehicle inspections and identifying needed repairs.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high productivity.
• Proven history of producing quality work with minimal comebacks.
• Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
• ASE Certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete used vehicle inspections and identify all necessary repairs.
• Diagnose and repair a wide variety of domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, electrical, and drivability repairs.
• Diagnose complex electrical and intermittent issues quickly and accurately.
• Perform maintenance services and reconditioning work to dealership standards.
• Accurately document inspections, diagnoses, and repair recommendations.
• Work closely with the Used Car Manager and Service Team to meet production goals.
• Help reduce cycle time by completing repairs efficiently without sacrificing quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all dealership and manufacturer safety procedures.
