Job summary

Mastria Mazda in Raynham, MA, is seeking an Experienced Automotive Technician to join a busy service team. This full-time on-site role focuses on diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing Mazda and other vehicle makes with emphasis on quality and efficiency.

You will work in a modern facility with updated diagnostic equipment, participate in manufacturer training, and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package. This is not an entry-level position and requires strong diagnostic skills.

Qualifications

• Experienced automotive technician with hands-on repair experience.
• Mazda or other manufacturer training/certifications a plus.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Mazda and other vehicle makes and models.
• Perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics and repairs.
• Complete scheduled maintenance and multi-point inspections.
• Identify necessary repairs and communicate recommendations clearly with service advisors.
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation.
• Stay current on Mazda technical information, manufacturer updates, and service bulletins.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
