Tuttle-Click Mazda Irvine is seeking an experienced High-Level Automotive Technician to perform advanced diagnostics and repairs in a modern, well-supported shop environment. The role focuses on complex drivability, electrical, and performance concerns using Mazda tools and service information.

This on-site position offers production-focused work, ongoing Mazda training, and a pathway to long-term stability within a California dealer group with strong brand support.

Qualifications

• High-level automotive technician experience required.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Mazda vehicles preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a production-oriented environment.
• ASE certifications are preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on complex vehicle systems.
• Diagnose drivability, electrical, mechanical, and performance concerns.
• Use manufacturer diagnostic tools and service information.
• Accurately document diagnostic steps and repair work performed.
• Collaborate with service advisors to ensure clear repair explanations.
• Follow manufacturer specifications and dealership quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Participate in ongoing Mazda technical training as assigned.
