Clarience Technologies seeks a senior U.S. Import Compliance Manager to lead the insourcing of its U.S. import compliance program.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of U.S. import compliance or customs operations experience
• Strong working knowledge of CBP regulations, HTSUS, PGA rules, and customs valuation
• Experience managing customs brokers and working with ERP/GTM systems
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsabilités

• Program Build & Governance: standardize U.S. import compliance across companies, develop SOPs, and recordkeeping meeting 19 CFR §163.
• Compliance Operations: oversee CBP regulations, HTSUS classification, valuation, country-of-origin, and admissibility for all brands; manage brokers and ACE data.
• Trade Programs & Duty Savings: administer USMCA/FTAs, monitor tariff exposure, identify duty savings opportunities including duty drawback and FTZ programs.
• Audit, Risk & Training: lead internal audits and CBP inquiries; develop SOPs and deliver training across functions; be the primary CBP liaison.
