Job summary

Nexteer Automotive is seeking a Senior Manager, US Tax to lead all U.S. tax activities for a roughly $2B company. This role partners with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Operations, and external providers to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and strong internal controls.

Location is Saginaw, Michigan with potential travel. Responsibilities include tax provision, compliance, transfer pricing support, and coordination of audits, budgeting, and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of tax, accounting, or finance experience, corporate tax preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US federal/intl, state, local and indirect taxes.
• Leadership and collaboration across teams; risk-based mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead US tax provision, compliance, and reporting for the company.
• Coordinate with external providers for filings and audits.
• Oversee transfer pricing support and international tax matters.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and tax expense projections.
• Coach and develop tax team members; drive process improvements.
