Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Eight+ years of Health & Safety experience in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of US OSHA and state requirements."
• Ability to translate safety risks into business context.
• Experience building cross-site networks in a matrix organization.
• Professional CSP/CIH/ASP/CHMM or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication with senior leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the US Health & Safety anchor, aligning sites with global priorities.
• Translate requirements into business-relevant priorities.
• Lead the Corporate US Health & Safety network with governance.
• Provide senior consultation across Corporate Health & Safety and US sites.
• Prepare decision-ready recommendations.
• Manage cross-site initiatives and governance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
• Travel up to 10%.
