Job summary

MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC is seeking a Customs and Duty Compliance Assistant Manager to oversee U.S. customs regulation compliance, FTA/program management, and origin/HTS classifications.

You will coordinate with brokers, conduct audits, and drive supplier origin and compliance initiatives across the organization. The role requires strong trade compliance expertise, SAP GTS/ACE proficiency, and the ability to guide a team while maintaining high standards of regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in customs, trade compliance, or FTA operations.
• Experience with HS classification, CBP Rulings, and FTA eligibility assessments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure full compliance with U.S. customs regulations, duty programs, FTAs, and international trade requirements.
• Manage origin and HTS classifications and post-entry activities.
• Prepare CBP binding ruling requests and coordinate with brokers for compliant declarations.
