Job summary

TVH Americas is seeking a Compliance Advisor for Customs & Trade Compliance in Olathe, KS. You will advise internal clients on standardized and patterned trade compliance issues and monitor daily adherence to import/export regulations and company procedures.

Collaborate with the global Assurance department to ensure transparent, structured, and compliant international trade operations. Build governance, report on incidents, and support audits while staying current with applicable laws and

Qualifications

Experience in international trade, customs, trade compliance, or audit-adjacent roles in a structured global business.
General understanding of trade and regulatory frameworks such as C-TPAT, export controls, origin management, or product conformity.
Comfortable with standard reporting templates, tracking systems, and compliance databases to log and analyze trade data.

Responsibilities

Provide practical guidance to internal clients on standard customs and trade compliance issues within your unit.
Analyze trade contexts under senior staff guidance to ensure timely information for decision-making.
Identify, investigate, and advise on patterned customs compliance risks and incidents.
