The City of Gresham is seeking a Senior Redevelopment Project Manager to lead complex capital and redevelopment projects, manage real estate assets, and guide development finance strategy. You will work with the City Manager, Redevelopment Commission, and a broad network of partners to advance urban renewal and economic development goals.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least six years of progressive experience in project delivery and real estate development,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as listed in the minimum qualifications.
• Six years of progressively responsible experience in project delivery, redevelopment, real estate development or asset management.
• Good driving record (based on our driving matrix).

Responsabilidades

• Lead capital and redevelopment projects from concept through completion, establishing scopes, goals, schedules, milestones, decision points, and risk plans.
• Direct and evaluate owners' representatives, designers, contractors, and consultants; set roles, priorities, and reporting.
• Lead procurement and contract administration, including scopes, proposals, terms, and awards.
• Oversee property acquisition, leasing, redevelopment, disposition, and related reviews.
• Develop asset plans for urban renewal and city properties; assess uses, costs, revenue, and public benefits.
• Develop funding strategies for public-private partnerships and city projects; evaluate financing terms and performance.
• Prepare reports and presentations; coordinate community engagement and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
