Sasaki Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior-level Planner for our Los Angeles studio. The role leads multidisciplinary teams to deliver master plans and coordinates with internal teams and external consultants on project content, budgets, and BD initiatives.

The candidate should have civic/urban planning experience, ideally in higher education or institutional projects. The ideal candidate will manage multiple planning projects, ensure data-informed analyses, and coordinate with architects,

Formación

• Master’s degree in planning or related field (or BA with 1–2 years relevant experience).
• Experience leading interdisciplinary design teams in office or campus setting.
• Strong project management, budgets, timelines, and staffing.
• Proficient with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for reports and memos.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for project-related travel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage interdisciplinary teams and collaborate with project team members, consultants, and clients.
• Manage and contribute to the development of project content and deliverables for master plans.
• Work with internal and client teams to engage diverse stakeholders in planning processes.
• Develop detailed planning reports and graphics.
• Manage project budgets, contracts, and staffing.
• Lead/collaborate on marketing and business development initiatives.
