Job summary

HOK in Denver seeks a Senior Urban Designer to lead planning and urban design projects regionally, contributing to design excellence and client engagement.

You will collaborate with the Planning + Urban Design team on project design, delivery, and development of regional marketing opportunities, while promoting integrated sustainable design and BIM-enabled workflows. This role supports staff development and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in urban design, urban planning, or landscape architecture. Master’s degree preferred.
• LEED AP or GA expected within 12 months.
• Registration with current license required if offered in your region.

Responsibilities

• Designs and manages planning and urban design projects.
• Contributes to design excellence and problem solving across projects.
• Support regional marketing strategy and business development.
• Manage client relationships and project delivery.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and consultants.
