Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in urban planning, policy, design and/or strategy
• Knowledge of planning laws, policies, and regulatory tools
• Experience leading large-scale planning projects and workshops
• Strong presentation and client-facing skills
• Bachelor’s degree in City/Regional Planning, Urban Design, Architecture or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead design and mentorship on urban design projects
• Prepare planning documents, master plans and design guidelines
• Collaborate with clients and teams to generate design solutions
• Present to clients, stakeholders and city staff
• Support business development for C+UD practice
