Qualifications

• 10-15 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager within a commercial architecture and design firm.
• Experience leading design and delivery of corporate office/workplace projects.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication and interpersonal management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, interior architecture and interior design deliverables across all project phases.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors to meet project objectives.
• Manage client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination.
• Track project scheduling, staffing, budgets, and ensure conformance to contracts.
• Prepare project proposals, negotiate fees and contracts.
• Mentor junior team members and foster integrated design culture.
