A performance improvement company in the energy sector seeks a Senior Upstream Advisor to manage client engagements, deliver project results, and provide expert advice in Upstream production operations. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, and the ability to work effectively with clients at all levels. This full-time role is based in Houston, TX, with some travel required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in the Upstream energy industry.
• Experience in offshore operations management or consultancy.
• Ability to present analysis to C Suite and governmental agencies.
