Responsibilities

• Develop clinical and commercial upstream processes including harvest.
• Design and evaluate experiments to develop and scale processes.
• Lead, train, and mentor junior lab staff.
• Collaborate with MSAT and other departments.
• Interface with clients and prepare data for discussions.
• Author documents and risk assessments as part of batch records.
